Great shimmer!

I loved the idea of a shimmer balm, but was a little hesitant because the color swatches are hard to see and root beer can be a bit too overpowering/sweet. I am SO glad I ordered it!! The shimmer is a light golden shimmer that doesn't look like a disco ball and I could see it being pretty universally flattering. And the flavor is reminiscent of a root beer popsicle--not too syrupy sweet, but not too faint that you can't taste anything, I wear it to work a lot because it keeps my lips soft, but with a hint of "dress up" so it looks like I actually tried. :)

Rootbeer always

I've had the regular Rootbeer balm for awhile and I LOVE it, absolutely one of my favs. I hesitated on the tinted balm because of the glitter and it being brown which doesn't really flatter me. I caved and decided to try it and it's not too bad! I don't layer it on heavily so I'm not too glittery, but nice for a little tight pop of color! And looks great on cheeks as a highlighter!

NOPE

I was suggested by a treat beauty associate to try the root beer after I told her what I was looking for there's no shimmer in this not that I can see anyways it's more of a creamy tent and I'm not interested in the color Brown being on my lips... Also this has artificial coloring and artificial flavoring and it tastes horrible the smell is nice smells exactly like root beer I can't even live it on my lips long ago to see if it's a good moisturizing lip balm it just tastes awful and the smell lingers up my nose I just think that it is gross. Once again I'm very disappointed it was a huge letdown.
