I applied it to my lips like I would lip balm and then used my index finger to Scrub away and then I applied Waffle Cone Lip Balm. The grains of salt were big enough to do there job and the Salted Caramel scent was so mouth watering that I'm glad that I had the restraint to NOT eat the stick or lick my lips like I like to do with my Treat Lip Balms.
